Exhibitor Information
In both 2008 and 2010, the Reinventing Quality Conference, a much anticipated bi-annual event has attracted over 700 participants, representing a wide spectrum of human service professionals, policymakers, self-advocates, family members, direct support professionals, and advocates from all over the U.S. Participants represent a variety of organizations including: provider organizations, advocacy organizations, and county, state and federal government agencies. Take advantage of the opportunity to Exhibit and get word out about your services and products to a progressive audience concerned with quality of life and improved services.
All exhibits are table-top (six-foot tables) and will be located in the main thoroughfare where all sessions, breaks and registration will be located. Sponsors that exhibit have the opportunity to set up prior to the Welcome Reception Sunday evening.
Exhibit hours are:
- Sunday August 5th 5:30 – 7 pm (sponsors only)
- Monday August 6th: 7:45 am – 6:30 pm
- Tuesday, August 7th: 7:45 am – 3:30 pm
You will receive a skirted table and two chairs (more if needed!) and electricity if need. Your exhibit fee allows two people from your organization to attend the conference at no cost.
The Exhibitor Fee is:
- $650 per table; $300 for nonprofits with an annual budget of under $300,000
- The fee does not include internet connection but this can be purchased at a minimal cost
